How we do it
Our proven 6-step restoration process takes you from emergency response to complete recovery, with expert guidance at every stage.

STEP 1

Why Professional Cleanup Is Essential

Sometimes, the biggest messes that both private and commercial properties may face are caused by disastrous or traumatic events. A simple accident can lead to the biggest injuries – which may also lead to death.

Events which involve crimes, deaths, uncontrollable hoarders, and the like, leave blemishes that are detrimental to one’s health. Although blood, bodily fluids, and dangerous substances dry up, they are still able to affect the constitution of the air you breathe and the physical structure of your building.

STEP 2

Property Inspection & Damage Assessment

Our certified technicians conduct a thorough inspection of your property, documenting all damage with photos and detailed notes. This comprehensive assessment forms the foundation of your restoration plan.

STEPS 3 & 4

Scope Established, Approved & Contracted

We develop a detailed scope of repairs, present it for your approval, and coordinate with your insurance company. Once approved, we schedule the work and assign your dedicated project manager.

STEP 5

Work Commences

Our skilled craftsmen begin the restoration work according to the approved plan. Your project manager keeps you updated at every stage, coordinating all aspects of the work to ensure quality and timeliness.

STEP 6

Completion & Final Walk-Through

We conduct a comprehensive final walk-through with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We’re not done until you’re 100% satisfied with the results.
Project management

We Fix Things. Everything.

Our job is to make your part in all this simple and stress-free, so the moment the estimate is approved you’ll get your own Project Manager. He or she will be dedicated to serving you, working with you on scheduling, updating you, taking your calls, answering all of your questions, and, yes, even dealing with your insurance company for you.
